Service Description
Elevated slumber party for 4 in your choice of Teepee or A-frame tent styles, decorated to match your party's theme! Each party package includes: * 24-Hour Rental * Delivery * Setup+ & Styling * Next Day Collection * Teepee or A-Frame Tents * Air Mattresses * Bedding * Decorative Themed Pillows * Fairy Lights * Name Cards Teepee and A-frame tents require about 39” x 74” of setup space each. When scheduling, please select your desired drop off time. Set up will take place within a 1-hour window before or after the time you select.
Cancellation Policy
An Okie Tent Parties architect will be in touch to confirm your order and date, after which a 50% non-refundable deposit is due to hold your reservation. Balance is due upon delivery and setup. Delivery is included within the greater Tulsa County Area. Travel fees will apply for locations outside of Tulsa County, based on mileage. Please allow 1 hour for set up and tear down. To cancel your booking, please contact us within 2 weeks of the event. All cancellations result in the forfeit of your deposit. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us within 7 days of your originally scheduled event. Your original deposit will be moved one time to the new date chosen, pending availability, and the remainder of the party cost will be due upon rescheduling.
